Shipping Policy For Consumers

Shipping Within Canada and the United States of America (U.S.A.)

a) Aroma Crystal Therapy Ltd. (ACT) ships within Canada using Canada Expedited Parcel Post.
b) ACT ships to the U.S.A. using United Parcel Service.
c) All shipping within Canada and the U.S.A. is performed for the flat rate of $12.00.
d) All shipping within Canada and the U.S.A. is FREE for purchases exceeding $100.00!
e) Estimated lead time differs depending on the destination. Shipments within North America generally take 5 - 14 business days to arrive.

All customs duty fees and taxes incurred in the recipients nation upon delivery are the responsibility of the consumer, including potential inspection fees and/or any other charges issued to the consumer by their government. 

Shipping to an international address

a) ACT ships internatioanl packages under 2kg / 4.4lb in weight using Canada Post Small Packet Air Service (10 - 30 business days).
b) Act ships international packages over 2kg / 4.4lb in weight using Canada Post Ground Service.
c) Shipping charges for orders up to $100.00 to international addresses are $24.99. 
d) Shipping Charges for orders Over $100.00 up to $200.00 to international addresses are $44.99.
e) Please contact us if you would like to make an order to an international address that sub-totals more than $200.00 as ACT must generate a quote for the shipping charges.
f) Please contact us if you would prefer to pay for CPC International Express service (6 - 10 business days).
